In these days there are many viruses exists on the internet and storage devices. Even just inserting an usb flash disk to a pc or just connecting to internet (or an infected network) with an unupdated windows may cause infection of a virus.

*Clean: In the antivirus terminology "Cleaning" and "Deleting" a virus are not the same things. Cleaning a virus means just removing the virus from the infected file and making the file healthy like before. But deleting means deleting the file completely with the infected virus. So deleting is a easy way like throwing something away but cleaning is difficult like fixing.
