Right click Desktop and then go Properties -> Settings -> Advanced -> General
If your Windows' fonts became too big, Change DPI setting to Large size (120 DPI), apply and then re-start your windows. After re-start come to the same location and then change DPI setting to Normal size (96 DPI), apply and re-start windows.
